Our refund policy is uniform regarding all programs listed on our website.<\/p>\n
Full refunds:
\nFor a no-questions-asked full refund, the customer must cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the program at hand.
\n-The customer can request a full refund, or the re-scheduling of the program at hand in the 24 hours before the start of the program, if:
\n-The customer\u2019s flight got delayed or canceled
\n-The customer had a traffic collision
\nEtc.<\/p>\n
After a refund is rightfully requested, we immediately start the process. Oftentimes due to the buffering of bank systems, the worst case scenario is that the money will be refunded at a maximum of 5-10 workdays.<\/p>\n
If the customer wants to request a refund, the steps are as follows:<\/p>\n
1. Make sure the refund is based on a legitimate reason
\n2. Contact us at +36 50 120 3870. WhatsApp is preferred by us, but the
\ncustomer could also try calling the number if necessary
\n3. Our colleagues will respond, and try to work out a solution as soon as
