Our refund policy is uniform regarding all programs listed on our website.
Full refunds:
For a no-questions-asked full refund, the customer must cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the program at hand.
-The customer can request a full refund, or the re-scheduling of the program at hand in the 24 hours before the start of the program, if:
-The customer’s flight got delayed or canceled
-The customer had a traffic collision
Etc.
After a refund is rightfully requested, we immediately start the process. Oftentimes due to the buffering of bank systems, the worst case scenario is that the money will be refunded at a maximum of 5-10 workdays.
If the customer wants to request a refund, the steps are as follows:
1. Make sure the refund is based on a legitimate reason
2. Contact us at +36 50 120 3870. WhatsApp is preferred by us, but the
customer could also try calling the number if necessary
3. Our colleagues will respond, and try to work out a solution as soon as
possible
